I started PubPostPro because I kept seeing the same problem: brilliant pubs with terrible digital presence. Pubs with 4.5-star Google ratings and 12 reviews. Pubs with Facebook pages last updated in 2023. Pubs that regulars love but nobody new can find.

So I did something nobody else had done. I audited 884 pubs across 23 independent UK brewery estates, scoring each one across 7 measurable pillars of digital health. The results were striking: 93.2% of pubs scored in Band C (At Risk). Zero pubs reached Band A (Thriving). The entire independent pub estate sector is stuck in the same narrow band of digital mediocrity.

That research became the 80/20 Report — the most comprehensive analysis of UK pub digital health ever published. It showed that 80% of the problem comes from just two pillars: engagement and content. The cheapest to fix, and the ones where the entire industry scores worst.
