Can I cancel anytime?
Individual pubs: month-to-month, cancel anytime. Pilots: 3-month fixed term. Estate service: 6-month minimum, then rolling monthly.
Do you work with free houses or just tied pubs?
Both. The individual pub service works for any pub. The estate service is designed for brewery-tied estates, but multi-site free house operators are welcome too.
What if I just want the audit, not ongoing management?
We've already published free estate reports for 23 brewery estates. If your brewery is one of them, your report is already live. For a bespoke single-pub audit, get in touch.
Is £200/month worth it for a small village pub?
If £200/month brings you one extra table per week (average spend £30-50), it pays for itself. If your pub is very low-footfall with no food offering, it may not be the right fit — we'll be honest about that.
